Muffuletta Pretzel Crisps

Makes: 6 servings


  • 1 tablespoon banana pepper rings, hot or mild, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green olives, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black olives, coarsely chopped
  • 12 pretzel crisps
  • 12 slices Margherita® salami
  • ¼ cup cream cheese, softened or Ricotta cheese, if desired
  • fresh oregano leaves, chopped


  1. Mix chopped peppers and olives until combined.
  2. Spread a thin line of cream cheese on one side of the salami and fold.
  3. Top pretzel with folded salami, 1 teaspoon of cheese and 1 teaspoon of pepper/olive mixture.
  4. Garnish with fresh oregano to taste.
  5. Try changing up your muffuletta by using chopped giardiniera (pickled Italian vegetables) or roasted red peppers for a different taste!
