Deviled Eggs with Pepperoni

Makes: 6 servings


  • 18 slices Margherita® Pepperoni
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese, softened or ricotta
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • fresh thyme leaves


  1. Slice cooled eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks and reserving whites.
  2. Mix egg yolks with cream cheese or ricotta, mayonnaise, mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake pepperoni slices in 350℉ oven for a few minutes for a slightly crispy pepperoni garnish.
  4. Spoon or pipe egg mixture into whites and top with baked pepperoni slice, garnishing with paprika and fresh thyme leaves.
