Assembling a basic meat board

First and foremost, there is no wrong way to assemble a meat board. It’s simply combining different flavors that you think your guests will enjoy.

Choose a select few options that offer variation: Think of slightly salty ribbons of sliced prosciutto contrasted by spicy slices of salami or pepperoni, or hot capicola balanced by sweet smoked ham. Add in a mustard, some olives, or a few crackers to give your meat board the perfect finishing touch.
